Vancouver - Olympic Sized Problems?
CVN Choices

So far two-thirds of the Olympic Village condos that the
city of Vancouver financed as part of the Winter Games
remain unsold. At this point, the city still owes
about $1 billion on the project.
483 units of the False Creek project that served as athletes’
housing during the two-week 2010 Games remain on the market.
Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson is `optimistic` that
the city will be able to sell the units over the next
two years. The asking prices range between $400,000 and
$5 million.
