Braves Snap Losing Streak

The Braves snapped their losing streak with a 9-3 victory
in Pittsburg, but remain .5 game back of the Phillies in
the NL East.
Derek Lowe continued his mastery of the Pirates extending
his winning streak to 10.
Lowe was helped out by one of Atlanta`s burst of offensive
prowess as Omar Infante had three hits to lead the
Braves to an early 8-0 lead.
The Phillies beat the Marlins 10-6 to hold on to the NL East
lead.
