Man ran over by train Identified

Police have identified James Sanders, 67 year-old, as the man
who was killed when a train ran over him last weekend.
Rockmart Police are still unsure why he was lying on the
railroad tracks.
A Norfolk-Southern train headed into downtown
Rockmart was unable to stop in time after several attempts by
the engineer to signal the victim.
The investigation into how
Sanders ended up on those tracks is continuing.
