Berry Announces New Director of News and Editorial

Chris Reinolds Kozelle is the new Director of News and Editorial
Services for Berry College. Kozelle comes to Berry with a strong
journalism background of more than 20 years in newspapers and
wire service and has most recently written for a variety of
nonprofit organizations, Fortune 500 companies and online
publications.
`Berry College, one of the top liberal arts colleges in the
region, has an amazing story to tell. I’m excited to share
information about the distinctive Berry education,` Kozelle said.
During her journalism career, Kozelle worked for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution from 1998 to 2009 and spent much of that time as an education reporter. She also worked at newspapers in Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas and as a news editor at CNN Wire and The Associated Press.
Kozelle has won awards from the Society of Professional Journalists, Arkansas Associated Press Managing Editors, and Arkansas Press Association. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Kansas.
She replaces Rick Woodall, who has taken a new role in the Office of Advancement.
