Register Now for RFPRA Fall Break Camps

The Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation Authority is hosting several fall break camps October 4 - 8 to coincide with the school break. Register for all camps online at rfpra.com or in-person at 300 W. Third Street. The breaks will include a Sleepy Hollow Halloween camp, a basketball camp, a Lego camp and a tennis camp.

    RFPRA Anthony Center Fall Break Camp
  • The Anthony Recreation Center in Garden Lakes will host a Sleepy Hollow Halloween camp October 4 - 8 where kids will enjoy an exciting week of ghoulish activities including a haunted hike, ghost stories, Halloween treats and costume contest. Camp will run from 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM and is open to ages 5-13. The cost for a week of camp is $75. The registration deadline is Friday, October 1. Register online at rfpra.com or in-person at 300 W.     RFPRA Basketball Camp
  • The North Floyd Recreation Center in Armuchee will host a Basketball Camp during the fall break Oct 4 - 8. Children ages 7-12 will learn the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, passing and defense. The camp will run from 8:30 AM – 12:00 noon and costs $40 for the week.     RFPRA LEGO Vehicles Engineering Camps
  • The North Floyd Recreation Center in Armuchee will host a LEGO Vehicles Engineering Camp during the fall break Oct 5 - 8. Choose from two camps: Jr. Vehicles Engineering Camp, ages 5-7, 9 AM – 12 noon or Vehicle Engineering Camp, ages 8-14, 1 PM – 4 PM. Campers will build over 12 different vehicles appropriate to their age level ability. Visit rfpra.com for more camp details. The cost for camp is $119 and siblings receive a $10 discount.     RFPRA Tennis Camp
  • The Rome-Floyd Tennis Center will host a Tennis Fall Break Camp where kids will learn how to play tennis. Each camper will receive a t-shirt and prizes. The camp will run from 9:00 AM – 12 noon, October 4 - 8 and is open to ages 4 - 14. The cost is $75. Register online at rfpra.com or at the tennis center located at 300 W. Third Street.
