August Revenue Figures Up 12.7%

Governor Sonny Perdue announced Wednesday that net revenue
collections for the month of August 2010 (FY11) totaled
$1,185,849,000 compared to $1,052,466,000 for August 2009 (FY10),
an increase of $133,383,000 or 12.7 percent.
The percentage increase for FY11 compared to FY10 is 8.6 percent.
