3 Arrested in Polk Kidnapping

Polk County police have arrested three people after
a 17 year-old girl was taken to Polk Medical Center
last week. Police said that the girl was kidnapped
last Thursday and sustained gun or knife wounds along
with superficial injuries from the assault. The names
of the charged or victim are not being released
due to them all being minors.
The three people are charged with conspiracy to commit
a crime, robbery, aggravated assault under the Family
Violence Act, simple batter, reckless conduct and
party to a crime.
Police have said that at least one, if not all of
the suspects either lives in the same house or
has at one point in time lived in the victim`s home.
