Democrats Likely to Abandon Weak Candidates
CVN Choices

A variety of reports are circulating that Democratic leaders
are likely to abandon their weaker candidates. The idea
is that pouring money into races that are closer will
allow them to hold on to more seats, and perhaps control
of the House, Senate or both.
By mid-September, leaders are expected to review poll
results for their vulnerable incumbents. The ones that
have a shot at winning will be the big bucks while the
rest will be left to fend for themselves.
Presumably, Democrats challenging incumbent Republicans
are also likely to lose national funding.
