Problem Bank List Edges Up

The FDIC took a holiday so there weren`t any bank seizures
on Friday. An Unofficial Problem Bank List edged up
to 844 banks with a total of $412 billion in assets.
Banks in Indiana, Maryland, Oregon, and Pennsylvania
were added to the list.
The unofficial list has 844 banks with $412 billion in
assets compared to the FDIC`s official list, which
has 829 banks with $403 billion in assets.
