Falcons Ranked 39th Most Valuable Team in World

According to Forbes magazine, the Atlanta Falcons are ranked the 39th
most valuable sports team in the world. The magazine list the
Falcon`s worth at $856 million. It`s revenue was $214 million.
Forbes said, `With value of team maxed out at Georgia Dome,
team owner Arthur Blank sold minority interest to four
investors last year.`
So who topped the list? Manchester United which was valued at
$1.83 billion. The Dallas Cowboys finished second with a value
of $1.65 billion. The New York Yankees were third and the only
baseball team in the top 5. They are valued at $1.6 billion.
