Texas had to knock off four top team to hand on to its No. 1 ranking. It managed three. On Saturday No. 6 ranked Texas Tech knocked off the Longhorns 39-33.
Texas Tech`s Graham Harrell hit star wide receiver Michael Crabtree with the game winning touchdown with exactly one second left on the clock.
Texas had rallied from nineteen down to to take a 33-32 lead with less than 2 minutes left in the game.
Tech`s victory will shake up the polls yet again.
