Floyd County to take Property Taxes by Credit Card

This comes after last week`s announcement that the state is withholding its homestead tax relief reimbursements to local governments and school boards in Georgia.

Credit card payments for property taxes will only be accepted online, at a special Web site currently being set up. The address will be printed on the tax bills due to go out in the next two weeks.
